If there is enough space for your group, they will send you an offer outlining all the details and costs associated with your group reservation.


Carefully review the offer to ensure it meets your needs. If everything looks good, confirm the offer by signing it and ticking the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions. Send the signed offer back to our Group Sales team. After you confirm the offer, you will receive a booking confirmation contract that includes the payment deadline. Make sure to complete the payment before the deadline and send proof of payment to our Group Sales team.
