Getting to MEININGER Hotel Berlin Airport is easy. Berlin’s S-Bahn—its suburban rail network—connects the hotel area with many key points in the city. Because travel times can vary during the day and may change due to construction works or temporary service updates, it’s best to check your journey shortly before traveling. You can plan your trip and see the live schedules on the VBB website here.
The hotel is located approx. 400m from the suburban rail station Grünbergallee. This station is served by urban rail (S-Bahn) lines S9 and S85.
From Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER):
Take the S-Bahn lines S9 or S85 from the airport’s underground station to Grünbergallee. Exit the station toward Schwalbenweg at the rear of the train and walk toward the main road—our colorfully striped building is easy to spot from there. The trip usually takes about 20 minutes.
From Berlin Central Station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof):
From Berlin’s main train station, board the S-Bahn line S9 toward Flughafen BER and ride to Grünbergallee. Leave the station through the Schwalbenweg exit at the front of the train and walk toward the main road—our colorfully striped building will appear ahead of you. Plan around 55 minutes for this journey.
From Berlin Central Bus Station (ZOB):
From the central bus station ZOB, walk to the nearby Messe Nord/ZOB S-Bahn station and take the S-Bahn line S46 toward Königs Wusterhausen. At Adlershof, change on the same platform to the S-Bahn lines S85 or S9 and continue to Grünbergallee. When you arrive, use the Schwalbenweg exit at the front of the train and walk toward the main road where you’ll see our colorfully striped hotel building. The trip usually takes about one hour.
